the room had all the basic amenities we needed, such as a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy.

The hotel was located on a busy street which made it quite noisy at times.

The hotel had big and comfortable rooms with hairdryer and kettle included. , the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and they provided a shuttle service from the airport. Christmas decorations were lovely and created a cozy atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better as well as the noise level was high. The room felt cluttered due to the placement of some furniture.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions professionally. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the room was very clean. I also appreciated the fact that there was parking available.

I had a wonderful stay at a nice gem tucked away in a central location. The spacious room and fully-equipped bathroom were great. The helpful staff made me feel warmly welcomed. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to Dry Bridge and other transport options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
